1. Share Your Plans
Tell us a little about your preferred dates, who’s coming along and whether you’re interested in a signature package or a bespoke holiday. Our team will be in touch to get to know your needs and answer your questions. Once we understand what you have in mind, we’ll propose a deposit and explain the next stage.
2. Personal Assessment
After receiving your deposit, we will discuss your ski or snowboard level, goals, budget and holiday preferences. For families and groups, we will also review individual needs and any childcare requirements.
3. Receive Your Proposal and Total Quotation
We will prepare a proposal for your chosen signature package or bespoke holiday, with a total quotation. It will set out the inclusions, exclusions and any agreed extras. For bespoke trips, it will also identify arrangements you make independently, such as your hotel booking.
4. Approve Your Plan and Pay in Full
Review and approve your proposal, then pay the amount due shown on your invoice. Your invoice will clearly show the agreed charges, any payments already accounted for and the remaining amount payable.
5. Booking Confirmation and Preparation
Once payment is complete and the agreed arrangements are confirmed, we will send your booking confirmation and the practical information you need before your trip.
6. Enjoy Your Trip
With everything arranged and ready to go, it’s time to enjoy your ski holiday. Arrive, settle in and make the most of your time on the mountain, knowing your plans have been carefully organised for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a seasonal membership fee?
No. Walk into Nature welcomes individuals, families and friends without a seasonal membership fee. Choose a signature package or request a bespoke quotation.
Are the signature packages still available?
Yes. All four signature packages remain available at their published starting prices with their listed inclusions. You can also request a bespoke holiday.
Can I book my own hotel?
Yes, for a bespoke trip you may arrange and pay for your hotel directly, or ask us for booking support. The accommodation included in our signature packages remains unchanged.
Can families and groups of friends join?
Yes. We welcome families and groups of friends, with no fixed person limit. Tell us the number of adults and children travelling, along with your different skill levels and preferences, and we will plan around your group.
Do you offer nanny services?
Yes. Nanny services for babies and children can be arranged as part of your bespoke plan. Share your children’s ages and preferred care times so we can assess availability, arrangements and fees.
How does the booking process work?
Share your trip details and we will arrange a deposit. After receiving it, we assess your needs and prepare a proposal and total quotation for your package or bespoke trip. You approve the proposal and pay in full according to your invoice, then we confirm the arrangements.
